Prior to joining Douglas Elliman Real Estate, she owned and directed a daycare/preschool in Bohemia, NY for nine years. As an educator and business owner, she learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all of her students as well as their families.

Marianna has been an area resident since 1996 and earned her Bachelor's degree in education at Empire State University. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Smithtown, where she has raised three of her own children, and involved in their school achievements and academics.
